Personal Data Processing Policy

General provisions

This document defines the policy of the Alconta Logistics Limited Liability Company (INN/KPP: 2310208443/231001001, address: 350012, Russia, Krasnodar Territory, Krasnodar, Zapolyarnaya str., 35, building 4/1, room. 1103) (hereinafter – the Company) regarding the processing of personal data.

The Company's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Company can receive about visitors to the website: http://en.krasnodar.alkonta.com/.

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

This Policy applies to all processes for the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data carried out using automation tools and without the use of such tools.

Designations and abbreviations

• personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data);
• user – any visitor to the website;
• personal data processing – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
• dissemination of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons;

• blocking of personal data – temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
• destruction of personal data – actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

The Company may process the following personal data of the User

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• phone number;
• e-mail address (email);
• postal address;
• company name;
• the region of the request;
• position;
• INN;
• the site collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (YANDEX LLC and VK LLC).

Purposes of personal data processing

• the purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails, phone calls; to provide the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.
• The Company also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending a letter to the Company to the email address info@alkonta.com with the subject "Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers".
• Depersonalized User data collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about User actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content

Personal data processing conditions

• The Company processes the User's personal data only if they are sent by the User through the forms located on the website http://en.krasnodar.alkonta.com/. By sending their personal data to the Company, the User expresses his consent to this Policy.
• The Company processes depersonalized User data if the User has allowed it in the browser settings (saving cookies and using JavaScript technology are enabled).

The procedure for the collection, storage, transfer and other types of processing of personal data

The security of personal data processed by the Company is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The Company ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.

In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them by sending a notification to the Company via e-mail to the Company's e-mail address info@alkonta.com, or to the Company's postal address: 350012, Russia, Krasnodar Territory, Krasnodar, Zapolyarnaya str., 35, building 4/1, room. 1103, marked "Updating personal data".

The consent provided by the User in accordance with this Policy for the processing of personal data is valid from the date of granting such consent and for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing or until the User revokes the specified consent, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The User may revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Company via e-mail to the Company's e-mail address info@alkonta.com, or to the Company's postal address: 350012, Russia, Krasnodar Territory, Krasnodar, Zapolyarnaya str., 35, building 4/1, room. 1103, marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

Final provisions

The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Company via e-mail info@alkonta.com, or to the postal address of the Company: 350012, Russia, Krasnodar Territory, Krasnodar, Zapolyarnaya str., 35, building 4/1, room. 1103.

This document will reflect any changes to the Company's personal data processing policy. In case of significant changes, information can be sent to the User's specified email address.
